Cap stable without cap booster, it's only there for emergency GTFO situations (I know why these things should fear Pilgrims and there's not much more you can do to give youself a better chance once jumped than have cap to run overheated reps and AB). Swap it for a TC or something if you wish.
You would most benefit from a 14-15km web if solo, and Corpum A-Type repper adds so much tank it's worth it for at least 1, but a cheap t2 fit legion can be great vs sleepers. Fuel Catalyst would be a better prop subsys to fit but chassis's cheaper.

Granted that's the best looking prop mod, but seriously, no perma speed tank, not cap stable without booster? OK that tank's probably required for mag/radar, I don't do them.
Edit: greetz to you too, and stop being blue so I can pwn that pimped thing 
I mean that last idea of cheapfit+EANMs could maybe work if you know the sig spawn points and speedtank the lasers and then have higher missile resists, but not really with all the webbing to deal with and no faction web range. |

Less tank (476, stable mind), EM hole, terrible stacking penalty for HSs (why not tracking enhancers), no need for fugly TTN over DS front, no bonus to scanning but +1 for probe launcher.
Web is mandatory somewhere in fleet/fit. |
